Cuối mùa hè năm 2016, Samsung “bay cao” bên trên thị trường smartphone toàn mong khi sẵn sàng phát hành mẫu mã phablet Galaxy chú ý 7. Từ đây, họ bước đầu “giải nén” toàn bộ quy trình phức hợp khi xây cất một chiếc smartphone và liên lạc với trụ sở hàn quốc bằng giải pháp hội nghị truyền hình. Các kỹ sư toá tung thiết bị để tìm ra nguyên nhân. Những nhân viên thương lượng với quan liêu chức chính phủ nước nhà về nguy cơ với người dùng. Lao lý sư chuẩn bị cho những vụ kiện tụng từ những nạn nhân bị bỏng vì thiết bị. Những người khác gọi cho công ty internet để tìm cách tịch thu máy đang bán.
